Shiv Bala Tourist Agency is situated out at the Zinc Complex on the NH 8 Airport Road. We’re in the Debari area of Udaipur. Being near Hindustan Zinc Ltd means there’s always a lot of heavy truck traffic and activity around us. It’s a bit far from the main city center, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The office is simple, just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Since we’re on the Airport Road, we get a lot of people passing through on their way out of town. The dust from the highway is a constant battle, but we’re used to it. We spend our days coordinating travel and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. It’s practical work. We don’t have any big corporate signs, just a name on the building. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that’s just life in Debari. We have a small staff who knows the NH 8 like the back of their hands. The area has a very industrial feel because of the nearby factory. Most of our clients are people working nearby or travelers heading toward the airport. We don’t offer anything fancy, just a reliable way to get where you need to go. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
