We are located in Shop Number 24-C at Soham Bhawan. It’s right across from the BSNL office in the Madhuban area of Udaipur. We mostly deal with exchanging money and helping people with their travel plans. It’s a small shop, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of our time checking exchange rates on the monitor. They change all the time, so you have to keep an eye on it. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with papers and receipts, but I know where everything is. It’s not a polished corporate office. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in. Sometimes travelers need help with a flight or a visa, and we do our best with that too. Madhuban is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. If the power goes out, we just have a chat until it comes back on. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. We don't use big words or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just provide the cash they need for their trips. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign while heading to the BSNL building.
