Our shop is tucked away in the B-Block of the Subcity Center, right at L-10. If you know the Saveena area in Udaipur, you probably know where the Income Tax office is. We are actually right in the middle, between that and the LIC office. It is a practical location for a travel business like Discover Lakecity Tour & Travels. Most days, we are just here coordinating trips and making sure the paperwork is in order. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the government offices nearby, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who understand how things work around here. When someone walks into the shop, they usually have a lot of questions about where to go in Rajasthan. We just give them the straight answers without any of that sales talk. It’s better that way. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams right when we need a permit, but we manage. That is the reality of running a small place. We focus on the logistics of travel, which means a lot of time spent on the phone with drivers and hotels. We mostly just try to make sure things happen as they are supposed to. Being centrally located near the Subcity Center helps us stay connected with everyone. We have been in this spot for some time now and the locals know they can just drop in for a chat about their travel plans.
