Our office is right on Lake Palace Road in Udaipur. We’ve been here for a while, just across from the PWD office and close to Gulab Bagh. It gets quite busy around here with people moving about, especially during the tourist seasons when the weather is nice. We spend most of our mornings organizing details for travelers who want to see the city or the surrounding lakes. Udaipur is a big place once you get into the backstreets, so there is always a lot to keep track of. Usually, someone is at the front desk answering the phone or checking the schedules for the cars and guides. It isn’t a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can sit down and get the paperwork sorted. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We know the local roads well and we try to keep things simple for anyone who walks in. The building is easy to find if you are near the park. Most of the people working here have lived in Rajasthan their whole lives. We don't have a big corporate team, just some local guys who know how to get from one part of town to the other without getting stuck. We open up early and stay until the last bookings are finished for the day. It’s just how we do things here.
