Our place is over in Pratap Nagar, in the E Class section. It is a bit away from the main tourist spots in Udaipur, which we actually prefer. It is more of a regular neighborhood where people live and work. We have been operating from here for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is just a practical space with the things we need to run the travel business. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to drivers who come in and out. There is no big front desk or receptionist here. You usually just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. We know the routes around Rajasthan very well because we’ve been doing this for years. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with maps and notes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It works for us and our customers seem okay with it too. Being in Pratap Nagar means we get to see the real side of the city every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide a reliable way for people to travel when they need to go somewhere. It is honest work for us.
