MILLIONA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office at 21-B14/27W on L.F. Road. We are part of the KULALAR ABIVIRUTHI SANGAM building. It is a well-known spot in our local area. We work on developing different properties and projects. The office is not very big but it has everything we need to get the day started. We have our maps and our files all organized. L.F. Road can get pretty busy with people going to and from work. We like the energy of being right there. We don't use any complicated business speak. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Being in the Sangam building means we see a lot of our neighbors every day. It feels like we are part of something bigger than just a company. We handle the local permits and we talk to the builders. Most of the work involves a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress. We don't have a marketing department. We just rely on being around for a long time. People know where we are if they need to talk about a project. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons looking over drawings. It is just a regular job for us and we are happy to be doing it here. We take things as they come and try to be fair with everyone we work with.
