We've been at 29A East Fort Gate Street for a while now. Bangalore is a big city, but this corner of it feels like home to us. Being here means we see the same faces every day. It’s a busy street, sometimes the traffic gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is around East Fort Gate. We started this small office to handle building work in the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about plots or how to get some renovation done. We aren't a giant office with shiny glass walls. It’s just a regular space where we keep our papers and talk to clients. Sometimes the chai guy comes by twice a day. We keep things simple. If you walk down the street near the gate, you'll find us. It’s not fancy. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s hard when work is busy. Most of the folks who work here live nearby too. We know which shops have the good snacks. It feels good to be part of the local community. We just get on with our jobs. No big speeches or anything. Just Sobha Developer doing what we do every day. The address is 29A, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't need to look at the map anymore. It is just home.
