You'll find us at 2/45 North Street in Muthiah Puram. Chandy Projects India Private Limited is the name of the company. It’s a very simple building on a normal street, and we don’t have any big signs or bright lights to attract attention. Inside, it is just a few rooms with basic furniture. We have our desks and chairs, a few cupboards for the files, and a small area where we can sit and talk about the work. Muthiah Puram is not a very loud place, so we can usually work with the windows open to let in some air. We start our day around nine and usually wrap things up by six. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. Whether it is answering the phone or going out to a site, everyone helps out. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do an honest job every day. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we just take a break until things are back up. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now and we are comfortable with the routine. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's work and be ready for the next one. It’s just how we run things around here. There is a small shop nearby where we get our tea and snacks.
