Aleolee Karate School Of Shotokanfederation is based out of Edaicode. We are located at 28/222A, in a place we call Shalom House. It is not like a big commercial gym in the city center; it has a much more local and community feel to it. The space is used for teaching karate, so you can imagine there is a lot of movement and the sound of people training on the floor. We don't have a big staff of administrators or marketing people. It is mostly about the training and the daily practice. The Shalom House address is where everything happens, from the basic drills to the more advanced techniques of the Shotokan federation. It is a simple building that serves its purpose well for the students who come here. Edaicode is a place where many people know each other, so we don't need a lot of big signs to tell people where we are located. We just open the doors and get to work with whoever shows up for class. The atmosphere is pretty focused, but we also have a good time together. We don't have a fancy corporate write-up done by a professional because we are too busy on the mats most of the time. It’s just a karate school run by people who care about the discipline. We keep the place clean, we keep the schedule running, and we make sure the students have what they need to learn.
