Govt Lower Primary School

This is the lower primary school in Muddaganahalli, which is a small place in the Tumkur district. We deal with the younger children here, mostly from the nearby houses in the village. The school is quite small, just a couple of rooms really. We have a little porch area where the kids leave their shoes before coming inside. It is a very local setup. Most of the people in the village know us by name. We don't have a big staff, usually just a few teachers who handle all the subjects for the little ones. The walls have some old posters and charts that have been there for years. We try to keep the place tidy, but with young kids running around, there is always some dust or a bit of a mess. There is a small yard outside where they play during their break time. It is nothing fancy, just some open ground. We follow the government schedule for everything. Sometimes we run short on supplies like chalk or paper, but we manage. It is a quiet life here in Muddaganahalli. The school is a central part of the village for the families with young children. We just focus on teaching the basics like reading and counting. It is honest work and we do it the best we can with the limited things we have available to us.
