Team Solutions

Team Solutions is set up on the 1st floor of ANM Towers in Thillainagar, Coimbatore. We’ve been at this 11th B-Cross location for a while, and even though our main office is here, we end up doing a lot of work over in Trichy as well. It’s a busy building and parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. Inside, it’s mostly computers and people talking on headsets. We handle various technical tasks and support for different clients. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations; we mostly just have our desks and some spare cables lying around. The team here is pretty small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. If the internet goes down or a server acts up, it’s all hands on deck. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't behaving. It gets a bit loud when we're all brainstorming a fix for something. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s just a regular office where we try to get through the task list before it's time to head home. We just focus on the technical work and try to stay organized.
