Bishalo Dairy

Bishalo Dairy is tucked away in Tehsil Piplu, specifically in the village of Chogai. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. Out here, life revolves around the land and the animals. We spend our days dealing with milk and everything that goes along with running a dairy. It’s not a glamorous job. You have to get up very early, often while it’s still dark, to get things started. There is a lot of cleaning to do, and the work is very physical. We’re located near Piplu, so we know most of the families around here. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy labels. We just focus on getting the milk collected and processed every day. The air is fresh out here, but the work is constant. There are no weekends off when you’re dealing with livestock. We have a small team of local people who help us out. We don't use much technology, just the basic equipment we need to keep things hygienic and moving. It’s a simple, rural life. We aren't trying to build an empire or anything like that. We just want to provide something useful to the local community and keep the dairy running smoothly. It’s a lot of hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the daily routine through from start to finish in such a quiet spot. It's just how life is here.
