We are located at Ins- 2 3 in the RIICO Industrial Area Phase- 2 in Newai. Being in an industrial area means things are quite different from a city center. You see a lot of trucks passing by on the main road, but once you get inside our gates, it feels different. The school buildings are solid and have been here long enough to see the trees we planted grow tall. Every morning starts with the sound of the bell and children running across the grounds. It is a lot of space to manage. We spend our time fixing things here and there, making sure the desks are lined up and the boards are clean. Newai gets very hot in the summer, so we are always checking the water coolers. The staff room is usually a bit messy with books and lunch boxes. We don't have any fancy statues or glass buildings. It’s just a place for learning and growing. The RIICO area is practical and hardworking, and we feel the school fits right into that atmosphere. We have a small playground that gets a lot of use every afternoon. The teachers often sit together in the shade during breaks. It's a simple life here at Phase- 2. We just focus on the daily routine and making sure everything runs as it should. There is always something to do, but we like the pace of it.
