We are located at 12A, Big Street. Despite the name of the street, it’s not always as big as you’d think, especially when there are deliveries being made and the traffic gets stuck. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the export details. It’s an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky tap or a door that squeaks every time someone walks in. We spend most of our hours coordinating with different people to get goods moved out. It’s a lot of coordinating, really. There are days when the phone doesn’t stop ringing and other days when it’s quite quiet and we can finally catch up on the filing. We don't use any fancy management systems, just our own ways of keeping things straight. Big Street is a lively place with lots of other shops and people going about their business. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. We’re not a big corporation, just a small group of people trying to do a decent job every day. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff in the office; it’s mostly just shelves, desks, and crates waiting to be shipped. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here at 12A. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult for the transport, but we just take it as it comes.
