Quantum Leap

Quantum Leap is over at 173 Vellavan Street in Anna Nagar, Cheyyar. You’ll find us where Mrcraman, the chief librarian, is based. It’s a bit of a unique setup because of the library connection. The building isn't very large, but it’s full of books and papers everywhere you look. It’s a quiet place, as you’d expect. We aren't a big tech company or a fancy retail shop. It’s more of a community-focused spot where people come to learn or look things up. The street outside, Vellavan Street, is usually pretty calm. We don't have a bunch of signs or flashy lights. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend our time organizing information and helping people find what they need. There isn't a lot of money for fancy upgrades, so we make do with what we have. The desks are wooden and old, and the fans on the ceiling have a bit of a wobble to them. It’s a very human place to work. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on the street. We don't have a corporate mission or a board of directors. It’s just a few of us keeping the place running day by day. If you’re in Cheyyar and you walk down Anna Nagar, you’ll see us. It’s just a plain, useful place for the neighborhood and anyone who stops by. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it.
