Hrlabz

I am D Dhanasekaran and my father is R Durairaj. We run Hrlabz from No 55 22 on Vakkil Street in the Kosapalayam area of Arani. The pin code here is 632301. It’s a local operation where we handle HR work and some other lab-related tasks depending on what is needed. Arani is known for its silks but we stay on the business side of things here. The office is on a small street so it’s not too noisy during the day. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Most of our time is spent talking to people about jobs or organizing records for small businesses nearby. It’s just honest work. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The building is a bit older and has that specific smell of old paper and tea. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and stay until the work is finished. People from the neighborhood know where we are if they need help with their paperwork. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just sit in our chairs, drink some coffee, and get through the list of things to do. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow but we manage. That’s just how life goes in a place like this and we are fine with it.
