We are located on Kattabomman Street in Tiruvannamalai. The address change from Old No 38 to New No 83 still confuses some of our older visitors, but we are easy enough to find once you get used to the street. It gets quite hot in this part of town, so the office is a bit of a refuge during the mid-afternoon sun. We work on insurance all day long. Local families come in to talk about their plans for the kids or their own retirement. We have a lot of paperwork to go through, and the desks are usually covered in files that need sorting. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything, just a regular building on a normal street. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. People here appreciate when you speak plainly to them without any big sales pitch. We don't use large words or try to act like we are better than anyone. We just look at the policy details and tell them what the current status is. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for things to reboot, but that’s just how it is around here. We drink a lot of tea while we work to stay sharp. The sounds from the street come in through the windows all day. It’s a busy place but we keep a steady pace. Most of our day is spent typing data into the system and answering the landline.
