We are out in Kaatapalli Village, which is part of Poneri Thaluk. It’s a quiet area, far away from the rush of the city. Our office is a simple building that doesn't really stand out much. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people who work here are from the village or the surrounding areas. We like being in a place where there is more green than concrete. The pace of life is a bit slower here, and we think that’s a good thing for our work. We don't have any big corporate rules or fancy titles. We just come in and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. It’s a very relaxed and honest way to work. If you are looking for us, you might have to ask a local for directions because we don't have any large signs. Everyone around here knows where we are anyway. We handle our daily tasks with a small, close-knit team. We aren't trying to grow into some huge company. We just want to do our job well and stay part of the community here in Kaatapalli. It’s a peaceful spot and it suits the way we like to do things. We’re just regular folks working in a small village.
