We’ve been here in the Iyya Kovil Complex at Manali New Town for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, and we mostly just try to keep things moving day to day. Usually, the morning starts early with getting the shutters up and checking what arrived yesterday. Sometimes the traffic outside makes things a bit slow, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle a lot of different items, and people stop by when they’re passing through the complex for other work. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office setup where we deal with our suppliers and keep track of the paperwork. Sometimes the fans are too loud, or the tea guy comes late, but we manage. Most of the folks around Manali New Town know where we are because of the temple nearby. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. It is just a matter of showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, with new buildings popping up, but our routine stays mostly the same. If someone needs something we have in stock, we get it for them. That is basically the whole story of our day. We stay open until the evening, then lock up and head home like everyone else in the area. It gets quiet once the complex finally shuts down.
