Our office is located at 106C on the first floor of Majestic Colony. It's in Valasaravakkam, which is a nice area that has grown quite a bit over the years. Ask Trade & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd is based here. We like the location because it's a bit quieter than being right on a main highway, though the colony streets still get busy enough during the day. The office is pretty simple and functional. We have our desks, some shelves for our various files, and a small corner where we make tea. We spend most of our time planning trades and exhibitions, which involves a lot of coordination with different people. We aren't big on corporate polish or using fancy business terms to sound important. We just speak plainly and try to get our work finished on time without too much fuss. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we have a big project coming up, with papers and folders spread out everywhere. That’s just part of the process for us. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the colony are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us; we just write what we know and what we do. It’s a small group of us, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry about the rest.
