Crew India Events

We are tucked away in Mugappair East, right behind Velammal School in Block 2. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Most mornings start with us opening up the office and looking over the lists for whatever project is currently on the desk. Being so close to the school means we hear the bell ring every day, which kind of keeps us on schedule. Crew India Events isn't a big, flashy corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, making calls and trying to keep everything organized. We handle all sorts of local events, and it usually involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. The space is practical, filled with folders and some old gear we keep around. Sometimes people have a hard time finding the exact door since we are at the back, but once they get here, it’s just a normal workspace. We like being in this part of Chennai. It feels real and grounded. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations; we’d rather just get the work done. Each day brings something different, whether it's a small party or a larger gathering someone asked us to help with. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people show up at the right time. We just take things one day at a time here, and we don't mind the noise from the school kids.
