It is a very different setting from a big city office. Being in Kerala, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and a slower pace of life. The office is part of a house, which makes it feel very personal. We do not have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you walk in and see us working on our projects. It is a quiet place, mostly. We listen to the rain during the monsoon and just keep working. It is an honest way to run a software business. We are not trying to impress anyone with glass walls or high-tech furniture. We use what we have and make it work. Alappuzha is a beautiful region, and being in Edathua gives us a sense of peace that you do not find in Bangalore or Delhi. We know the families around here. Our work is important to us, but so is the community we live in. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things. It is simple, really. We have been here at Nalupurackal House for a while and we plan to stay. It suits us just fine for the way we like to live.
