Down in Kallisery, specifically in the Chengannur area, is where we set up Rebarcodes Technology Pvt Ltd. It is a quiet enough place to get work done without too many distractions from the big city. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls; it is more of a practical setup where we can actually focus on the technology side of things. Most of the people working here are from around this part of Kerala. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it makes it easier to keep track of everything. The office gets a lot of light during the day, which makes the long hours a bit better. We spend a lot of time at our desks or testing out how things are running. It is not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We prefer being comfortable while we figure out the technical problems that come our way. Sometimes things go perfectly and other days we have to sit and scratch our heads for a few hours. That is just the nature of what we do. Chengannur is a nice spot to be located in. It has a good pace of life that suits us. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just making sure the tech we handle works like it is supposed to. People know where to find us if they need us, and the commute isn't too bad for the staff who live nearby.
