One Point Computer Solution

One Point Computer Solution is based in Mallappally West, specifically in Building No. 13/943. We share space near the Panickamuriyil and Melekuttu Plaza right at the Central Junction. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise. We’ve been here for a bit, handling computer issues for the local residents. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get work done. We have benches piled with old parts and some newer stuff we are currently working on. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we make it work somehow. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or putting systems together for folks. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing because we would rather just fix things. If you are walking around Central Junction, you have probably seen our door. We are local people who live around here too, so we understand what the neighbors need. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just wait it out like everyone else. It is a simple life running a shop in Mallappally. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know computers inside and out. It isn't about being the biggest shop, just about being the one people can actually talk to without getting a bunch of technical talk they don't want.
