Mouni Garments

Mouni Garments is just a small place here at 5/352 D Madeswara Nagar in Vengamedu. We've been in the Angeriplayam area for a while now. It’s mostly just us working on clothes every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the orders pile up on the tables. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the workshop and the machines running. People from around the neighborhood stop by sometimes to see what we are doing. The street outside gets a bit noisy with traffic, but inside we just focus on the stitching and getting things finished. We try to keep things organized, but there’s usually fabric scraps and thread everywhere by the end of the afternoon. It's a lot of work to keep a small garment shop going, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the clothes are put together right before they go out. Mostly it’s just about getting through the daily list and making sure we don’t run out of supplies. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just wait or find something else to do until it comes back. It’s a simple life here in Vengamedu. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s just how things are at Mouni Garments. We keep the doors open and just keep working.
