V Force Garments

At V Force Garments, we spend most of our time around the sewing machines and cutting tables. Our place is over in Ganga Nagar, right near the Poyampalayam Pirivu West area. It’s a noisy part of town sometimes with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of fabric here. There’s always lint on the floor and scraps of thread stuck to our clothes by the end of the shift. It’s hard work, and our hands get tired, but that’s just how the garment business is. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. Mostly, it's just rolls of cloth stacked against the walls and people busy working. The lighting could be better in the back corner, but we make it work. Every morning starts with a cup of tea before we get the machines humming. Some days are slower than others. We don't do much advertising because we're usually too busy with the current orders. Poyampalayam is a good spot for us since it’s easy for the workers to get here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the shirts and pants finished on time. If there’s a mistake, we fix it and move on. It’s a plain, simple workshop. We like the routine of it all. The shelves are always full of buttons and zippers. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific color, but we always find it.
