We are located at 21, Teachers Colony in the Kumar Nagar area. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main commercial hubs, which is nice. The street is mostly lined with older houses, and we operate out of one of them. We have a small gate and a little space in the front where we park our bikes. Inside, the rooms are quite small and filled with the materials we work with every day. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning in every room; we mostly rely on ceiling fans and open windows. There are only a handful of us here. We’ve all been working together for a long time, so we don't need many rules. We just know what needs to be done. Kumar Nagar is a friendly neighborhood, and we know most of the people who live on this street. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. We don't use any complicated business language or have big meetings. We just look at the orders, check the quality, and get everything packed. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people can find us. We like the slow but steady pace of this place. It feels more like a community than a business district.
