Tech Mahindra Limited

We are based out of Tirupur, specifically at 15 Palaniappa Nagar in Ammapalayam. It is a decent area and we have been here for a good bit of time. Working at Tech Mahindra Limited means we stay busy with various technical tasks. Most of the day is spent handling data or sorting out software issues for folks who need it. Tirupur is known for other things like clothes and textiles, but we focus on the tech side of things. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have those big glass walls or fancy lounges you see on TV. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we have backups to keep the work moving. The team here is mostly locals who know the area well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our clients happy with the work we provide. It’s a lot of routine stuff, really. We show up, check the emails, and start working on whatever project is on the desk that day. We try to keep things simple and avoid unnecessary drama. If a problem comes up, we sit down and talk it through until it gets fixed. It’s not always glamorous, and some days are longer than others, but that is just how it goes in this business. We like being part of the community here in Ammapalayam and doing our bit every day.
