You can find Sreesukktha Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. over at 10, Abdul Rahim Road in the Race Course area. It’s a nice part of town, usually quite green and a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been running things from this office for a while now. The team here isn't very big, just a handful of us who have lived in the city most of our lives. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small apartments to larger pieces of land. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of tea being drunk while we go over contracts. We spend a lot of our time driving around to different sites. Race Course is a good base for us because it’s central. We don’t use those slick sales pitches you hear from big firms. We just show people what we have and let them decide. Often, we are just explaining the stamp duty or helping someone understand a layout map. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes, but we do our best. If you happen to be on Abdul Rahim Road, our door is usually open. We don't have a big corporate structure; it's just us trying to make a living by helping people find a place to stay or invest. The trees outside our window provide some nice shade during the hot afternoons, which we really appreciate.
