Kovai Kalyani Developer

Our office is located in the Matha Complex on Trichy Road, right near Alverniya School. If you’re familiar with that part of Coimbatore, you’ve probably passed by us many times. Kovai Kalyani Developer is the name we use, but really we’re just a small group focused on building and property stuff around here. Trichy Road is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We spend a lot of time on construction sites or meeting with people who want to buy a plot or a finished house. It’s hands-on work. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices all day; we’d rather be out seeing how the projects are coming along. Dealing with land and building permits can be a real chore, but it’s part of the job. We know the local area well, from the school nearby to the different layouts further down the road. People stop by the complex to chat about land prices or to see if we have any new projects starting up. We try to keep it simple and honest with everyone. There’s no fancy jargon or sales pitches. We just show people what we’re working on and give them the details they need to make a decision. It’s been our life for a long time now and we plan on sticking around for much longer.
