Midas Homes Ltd

Our office is located at 17 Sathy Road, right in the heart of Saravanampatti. If you've ever driven down this road, you know how hectic the traffic can get, especially during the morning rush. We’ve been here at Midas Homes Ltd for a while now, working out of this space and helping people who want to settle down in this part of town. Saravanampatti has grown so much lately, and it feels like there’s a new building going up every other week. We try to stay on top of all the changes from our little desk at number 17. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are moving here for work or looking for a bit more space for their kids. We aren't doing anything flashy; it’s mostly just keeping track of which houses are for sale and which ones are being rented out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the filing that piles up. We know the local streets and the landlords around here pretty well by now. It’s a practical sort of job, and we enjoy being part of the Saravanampatti community. People usually just stop in while they’re out running errands on Sathy Road. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything like that. We just tell folks what we know about the houses in the area and let them decide what they want to do next. It’s straightforward work.
