Sree Ram Associates

Tirupur is a loud, busy town, and our office on Maniyarampalayam Road is right in the middle of it. Sree Ram Associates is located just opposite the Kannimar Departmental Store, which is where we usually go to get snacks or whatever we need for the day. The building is number 5, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We do a lot of the paperwork and technical stuff that people need for building projects. It’s not the kind of work that looks great in a magazine, but it’s necessary for anyone trying to get something built in this part of Tamil Nadu. The traffic outside can be a bit much, especially with all the lorries and bikes zooming past toward the main road. Most days, we’re just sitting here at our desks, working through files and talking to people who come in with questions about their land or their construction plans. We’ve been in the 641606 area for some time now, so we know how the local system works. It’s a hot city, so the fan is always running at full speed in here. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with air conditioning and glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some chairs and a lot of work to get through. We just try to keep things moving and help out the folks who walk through our door. Sometimes we have a backlog of files, but we work through them eventually.
