Sprint Apparels

We are Sprint Apparels, located out in Sirupooluvapatti. Our specific spot is S.F. No. 456/2, on the 11/5d block in Thirumalai Nagar. It’s near the Lakshmi Theatre Main Road in Samundhi Puram West. The address sounds a bit long when you say it all at once, but it’s just our workshop where we do all our sewing and packing. We’ve got a fairly large space here because we need the room for the tables and the stacks of fabric. It’s usually pretty loud with the machines running, but we’re used to it by now. The area around us has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, if you call or come by, you’ll just talk to one of us who is already busy with something else. We handle a lot of different types of clothing. Every day is a bit different depending on what the current order is. Some weeks we are doing nothing but t-shirts, and other weeks it’s something else entirely. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work. It’s a simple life, really. We make sure the machines are oiled, the fabric is cut right, and the boxes are taped up before the truck comes by to pick them up. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we find our rhythm.
