Jva Group

Jva Group is located at 87L on Lingapuram Road in Sirumugai. This is a much quieter area compared to the big cities. We operate out of a simple building on the road that leads through the local community. We spend our time working on various projects and helping out with local property or business needs. It is a small operation. Most of the people who come to see us are people we have known for years. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a solid place where we can sit down and get our work done. The pace of life here in Sirumugai is a bit slower, and we like it that way. We usually start early in the morning when it is still cool outside. By the afternoon, it can get quite warm, so we might slow down a bit. We do not spend money on big ads or billboards. People know where we are and what we do because they see us around every day. We handle things in a very direct way. If someone needs help with a land issue or a local development project, they just walk in and talk to us. We try to be useful to the neighborhood. It is a modest business run by local people who care about what happens on Lingapuram Road.
