We are based out of a building on Second Street in Kumar Nagar East. It is a fairly quiet residential area compared to the main roads, which makes it a nice place to work. We have been at this address for several years now, focusing on various tech services and repairs. The office is on the ground floor, so it is easy to find once you get onto the street. We have a couple of workbenches set up where we take apart computers or check on electronic components. Most days are spent looking at screens or soldering small parts. We keep a lot of spare cables and old monitors in the back room just in case someone needs a quick replacement. It is not a big corporate setup, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded during the heavy rains, so we have to move everything up off the floor to keep it safe. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the more tedious tasks. Customers usually call us first before dropping by with their broken gear. It is a simple operation and we try to get things fixed as fast as the parts arrive. The neighborhood is friendly and we often grab tea from the stall at the corner when we need a break from the monitors. It is a good spot for a small business like ours.
