This branch of Rakindo Developers Pvt. Ltd. is out in Pachapalayam, at No.- 31, 1/42. We are tucked away in the Kalampalayam area of Perur. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city offices. Most of what we do involves the local land and developing smaller plots for people who want to live a bit further out. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time walking the fields and checking on the boundaries. The air is a bit fresher here, which is nice. We know the local farmers and the families who have been in Perur for generations. It is a different pace of work. We handle the local site management and make sure the workers have what they need. Sometimes the roads out here get muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our boots before coming inside. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know we are here if they want to build something on this side of town. We talk to people about where the pipes will go and how the sun hits the land. It is practical stuff. We have been here for a good while and plan on staying. It is just us doing the daily work of putting buildings together and making sure the paperwork is filed at the local office.
