Puravankara Projects Limited

We are based out of Coimbatore, specifically at 11/14 Kalliannan Gounder Street in the Irugur area. This office for Puravankara Projects Limited is where we handle all our local business and talk to people. Irugur is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually prefer because it’s a bit more manageable and less noisy. The office is a practical space, nothing too fancy or modern. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, computers, and the work we are currently focusing on. We’ve been here in Tamilnadu for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work in this particular neighborhood. Our team is made up of people who just want to do a good job and go home to their families at the end of the day. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or trying to sound like we are something we aren't. We are just a project office doing what we do best. The street can be a bit quiet some days and noisy on others, but that’s just regular life here in Coimbatore. We try to be helpful and straightforward with anyone who comes by to visit. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. No fuss, no complications, just steady work day in and day out on Kalliannan Gounder Street. That’s basically us.
