We are located out in Annur, on the Mettupalayam Road. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where Lgb Ltd has its roots. The road is often busy with trucks and buses passing through toward the hills. Our place is straightforward. It’s a large site because we need the space for what we do. It isn’t a shiny corporate park. It’s a functional industrial spot with a lot of metal and concrete. The weather out here can get quite hot, so the mornings are the best time to get things moving. We have a lot of staff who have lived in the Annur area for years, so it feels like a local community inside the gates. You won’t find any fancy slogans or marketing posters on our walls. We just have the machines, the workspace, and the daily schedules we need to follow. Some days the noise from the road is louder than the work inside. We just keep our heads down and do what is required. It’s a practical way of working. People know us because we’ve been on Mettupalayam Road for a long time. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just run the operations, manage the shifts, and make sure the place keeps running as it should. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. There’s a certain rhythm to the place that you only get after being here every day for years.
