J J Softwear is situated at No. 23 Balaji Nagar, right by the Pudur Pirivu on Kangayam Road. It’s a busy part of the area, and there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic passing by. We have a modest setup here. It’s not a big corporate building, just a functional space where we handle our production and orders. The name "Softwear" sometimes makes people think we are a tech company, but we actually deal with garments and textiles. We have a few machines that are usually running most of the day, so it can get a bit loud inside. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who know the trade. We start early to beat the heat, and by the time the sun is high, we are usually deep into our work. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We focus on getting the orders ready and sent out on time. Sometimes we run into issues with supplies, but we just figure it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tirupur, we just want to do our work and keep things going. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden extras. If you’re coming down Kangayam Road, you’ll see our sign near the junction. We just keep our heads down.
