Cotton Base Apparels is located down at No. 8/ 384 G in Sri Nagar South. We are right on Sakthi Theater Road near the Pichampalyam post office. It is a quiet enough area most days except when the theater crowd is around. Our days are spent handling garments, checking boxes, and looking at fabric. It isn't very glamorous work but it keeps us busy. The building is a standard place on Sakthi Theater Road. Having been in Pichampalyam for a long time, we've become part of the neighborhood. People around here know us by name. Computers aren't used much unless it's necessary. Most of the time we are on the floor. The sun gets pretty hot in this part of town in the afternoons, so the doors stay open to get a breeze. It’s a straightforward setup. No lobby or anything like that exists here. If you walk in, you’ll see people working. Getting the orders right and staying on schedule is the main goal. Sometimes we run a bit behind when the power goes out, but we catch up eventually. It’s just how things go. This part of Sri Nagar feels like home to most of the staff who live nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. Just doing the job we have is enough. It's good work for honest people and we are glad to have it.
