Avalon Fashions

Avalon Fashions is located on the first floor of Door No. 256 / 30-b. We’re right on E.B. Colony Main Street, near the Gandhi Nagar Post office. Having our space on the first floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout when we have heavy rolls of cloth or boxes of finished garments. It’s a decent-sized space once you get inside. We’ve set it up with our sewing stations and a big area for checking the quality of the items. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. It’s a working office and production room. We spend a lot of time making sure every piece is handled properly. There’s usually some tea being made in the corner and someone always has the radio on quietly. We aren't into the corporate way of doing things. We just run our business in a way that makes sense to us. Sometimes the street gets loud, especially being near the post office, but it’s a good spot to be. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses, so we all know each other. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure we stay on top of the orders. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. We just do the work, look after the staff, and try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
