Sudha Containers

We spend most of our time here at Ladakkarar Thottam in Andipalayam dealing with all kinds of containers. It's usually quite busy with trucks coming in and out through the day. We started this small setup because there was a need for storage solutions around this area and it just grew from there. Most days involve checking the stock and making sure the lids fit right or that the barrels don't have leaks. It is hard work and the sun gets pretty hot out here in the yard. We aren't a big office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. Just a few of us making sure people get what they need for their factories or homes. Sometimes the road gets dusty when the wind picks up but we stay open regardless. We have different sizes of drums and plastic tubs piled up. People stop by and ask for specific colors or materials and we try to find what works for them. It isn't anything glamorous. We just keep track of the inventory and handle the loading ourselves most of the time. If a customer needs a specific type of bucket or a heavy-duty container for chemicals, we usually have something tucked away in the back. The neighborhood knows us as the place with all the stacks of blue and black plastic. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We hope the rain doesn't get inside the open ones when we forget to cover them up.
