Neelesh Agro Service

Our office is in the Sangeetha Complex, rooms 380 and 381, right on Mangalam Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops, so there’s always people coming and going. Neelesh Agro Service has been here for a while now. We mostly provide support and services to local farmers and people in the trade. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve made it work by organizing everything onto high shelves. Mangalam Road is always humming with traffic, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in with questions about their crops or equipment. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell them what we know from our own experience. Sometimes we have to head out to the fields ourselves to look at things, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We leave a note on the door when that happens. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't corporate people; we’re more comfortable in our work boots than in a suit. The complex gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a good fan and plenty of water. We’ve built up some good relationships with the regulars over the years. They know we’re just here to help out with whatever agro needs they have. It is just basic work done right.
