Finding us at S.Ponnapuram in Samathur can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around Pollachi. The address is 1/168, and it’s tucked away in a spot that feels much quieter than the main towns. M.Kaleeswaran is the name on the paperwork for this location. We are out here in the Coimbatore district, surrounded by a lot of greenery and coconut trees which is what this part of Tamil Nadu is known for. The drive out to Samathur takes some time because the roads are narrow and you often get stuck behind a tractor or a bullock cart moving slowly. It is a very different vibe compared to the busy streets of Palakkad, even though we have that name in our company title. The air feels a bit cleaner out here, though the humidity can be quite heavy during the monsoon months. Our gate is usually open, and you'll see a couple of motorbikes parked out front most days. It isn’t a high-tech office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we handle the daily business. Sometimes the stray dogs sleep under the shade of the trees near our entrance. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages, so everyone knows each other’s families.
