We've been here in Tirupati for a while now. The office is right opposite the TMR Kalyanamandapam, so it’s easy to find. Most days it's just us handling different system setups and fixing things that go wrong with the hardware. It gets a bit loud outside when there’s a wedding going on at the mandapam, but we’re used to it by now. The team is small, just a few of us who know each other well. We spend most of our time at our desks looking at screens or opening up computer cases. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with some old chairs and a lot of cables everywhere. Sometimes people stop by just to ask a quick question about their machines. We try to keep things simple here. We don't have any big speeches or anything, we just get to work when the shutters open. Lunch is usually brought from home and we eat together in the back. There’s always some project or another to finish before the day ends. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work nearby lately, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep a stash of tea and biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits us. One of the guys usually brings in some music to play softly in the background while we work. It helps the day go by a little faster.
