Our shop is located at Shop Number 37-2-5/1 on Kondaiah Street. We are right in the Venkateshwara Puram area, not far from the Ganganamm Temple in Badava Peta. It’s a part of the city that has a lot of character and history. On days when there are festivals or a lot of people going to the temple, the street gets very full and it can be hard to even move around. We’ve been operating out of this small space for quite a while now. It’s mostly just a room full of tools, screens, and wires tangled up on the workbenches. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or just happen to see the shop while they are walking down the street. The humidity can get a bit much during the summer months, so we usually have a small fan going that doesn’t do much but we keep it on anyway. We handle mostly hardware repairs and some software updates for people living in the surrounding lanes. It’s a steady kind of work. We see the same faces often, people stopping by just to say hello or to ask if their machine is ready yet. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way in this neighborhood. We just keep our tools ready and handle whatever the day brings to our workbench.
