Indhukurupeta Gramswaraj Farmers Producer Company Limited

We’ve been running things here in Pallipadu village for a while now. Indhukurupeta Gramswaraj Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a bunch of us who work the land needed a way to organize better. It’s mostly just people from the mandal coming together to see what we can do with our crops. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting up in the village to talk about seeds and prices. It isn’t some big office job. Most days involve a lot of dirt on our boots and figuring out how to get the harvest moved. People know where to find us in Pallipadu. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing team. It’s just us trying to make the farming life a bit more stable for the families around here. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we keep at it because that’s what we know. We handle the paperwork and the selling part so the individual farmers don't have to struggle alone. It's a lot of coordination. You’ll see us around Indhukurpeta mandal talking to neighbors and checking on the crops. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to make sure the work we do every day pays off for the people living in this village. It’s simple work, really, but it takes a lot of time and effort to keep everything running smoothly year after year. All the families here depend on it.
