Our office for Abhivrudhi Farmers Producer Companylimited is tucked away on the first floor of Ramachandra Nilayam, right beside Cp Brown Colony in Y M Palli. If you go to 1/1255, you’ll find us there. It’s a simple spot, nothing too grand. We’re just a group of farmers from the area who wanted to try something different by working together. Farming around Y M Palli has its own set of challenges, and we thought having a central place to organize would help us out. Most of the people involved have been working the soil here for decades. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings; we just sit down and talk about what needs to be done for the season. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we’re focused on what’s happening on the ground. We handle the business side of things so the farmers can focus on their crops. It was a bit of a learning curve to get the company started, and we still stumble through the admin stuff sometimes. But we’re getting better at it as we go along. It’s just about making things a bit easier for the local farming community here. We aren't some big city corporation, just neighbors helping neighbors out of a small office in Ramachandra Nilayam.
