Our place is situated at 7/1 A 2 on the upstairs floor of a building on Sundewara Nayanar Street. This is in the Vandipettai Irakkam neighborhood of Palayamkottai, in Tirunelveli. It is an older part of town, and the street can be quite narrow and busy. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach our office. It is a small space where we do all our technical work. We have a few workbenches where we test different things and some desks for our computers. The air is often hot here, so we have the windows open and the fans going all day. We have been in this spot for several years now. We are not a large company with different departments. Everyone here knows how to do a bit of everything. If a customer calls, whoever is not busy will answer the phone. We do not use any complicated scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people what is happening with their projects. Sometimes we run into problems that take longer to solve than we expected. We just explain that and keep working on it until it is right. It is a quiet existence for the most part, just us and our tools in this upstairs room. We are happy with how things are going and just keep our heads down and work.
