Our office isn't some high-tech glass box. It’s a traditional building that we’ve adapted for our needs. Inside, we’ve got our computers and some sturdy desks. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or a gym in the building. We just have a kettle and a few fans to keep the air moving. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. Most of us are local, so we don't have long commutes. We just walk or ride over, get started on our work, and see where the day takes us.
